National Fall Juried Exhibition 2011
November 2nd – December 3rd
Opening Reception: Sat., Nov 5th, 1 to 3 pm Awards at 2pm
Exhibition Hours:
Wednesday – Friday 11 am to 4 pm, Saturday 11 to 2 pm
Entry Requirements:
Open to all artists eighteen years and older, in all media, including: Original Artwork Painting Drawing Photography Pastel Textiles Sculpture
NOTE: Original artwork only – to be entered must be made by the entrant—not bought, inherited, won or gifted. No exceptions.
Juried Submission Guidelines:
· $20 non-refundable single entry, 2/$35, and $10 for each additional artwork. Send digital images as email attachment or mail CD disc. All digital images should be JPG, under 8X12in., 300 dpi, RGB color mode. Max. 1024 pixels in width and 768 pixels in height. Organize disk with each JPG having artwork title. Asking price is understood to include a non-member commission of 40%. We prefer not having NFS (POR) options as a price designation, but will accept them.
· Up to three images for each piece of sculpture will count as one entry.
· Entry fee is non-refundable.
· Work submitted must be available for the duration of the show.
· Impact Artists’ Gallery reserves the right to reproduce images for promotional purposes at any time. Credit will be given.
· Please pick up hand delivered works promptly between 2-4 pm on Sat Dec 3rd (next show needs to be hung) by anyone with your receipt.
Awards: FIRST, SECOND, THIRD PLACE
Requesting local artists to attend their reception as a courtesy to attendees.

Size:
· Hung works may not exceed 60 inches in width. Sculpture must be no larger than three feet in diameter and 60 pounds. Maximum weight for shipping container with art 80 pounds.
Assembly:
· All 2-dinemsional art work, if applicable, must be suitably framed.
· All two and three -dimensional art work must be ready to hang.
Commission: 40% to Impact Artists’ Gallery on all sales. Consider this when pricing.
Handling Fee: $15 per shipped container.
Return Shipping:
· Return shipping must be prepaid and the official pre-paid label enclosed with art.
· Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the artist.
Packaging: No loose peanuts allowed in packing or carton will be returned unexhibited.
Liability:
Although utmost care will be given to all art work, Impact Artists Gallery carries no insurance for work hung in the gallery. Impact Artists’ Gallery, its members or volunteers and the Tri-Main Center will NOT assume responsibility for any damage or loss
Time Line: 2011
· Sept 9th: entries postmark deadline.
· Oct 5th: Notifications mailed.
· Oct 28th and 29th: Deadline for receiving accepted works.
· Nov 2nd: National Fall Juried Exhibition 2011 opens.
· Nov 5th, 1-3 pm – Sat. Reception
· Dec 3: 2-4 pm Hand delivered works MUST to be picked up by anyone with your receipt (exceptions by special arrangement). Shipped artwork will be returned after Dec 7th.
