Information on National Fall Show
Juror: Christopher Stangler, MFA
Former Director of Market Street Gallery in Lockport, NY and the Niagara Community College Art Gallery, Stangler has taught at University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Villa Maria College, Vermont College, and at Artpark in Lewiston, NY.
Entry Requirements:
Open to all artists eighteen years and
older, in all media, including:
Painting Sculpture Photography
Drawings Prints
Pastels Glass, Ceramics
Book Art Wearable Art
Submission Guidelines:
*35mm slides or digital discs, $15/per image (3 images) may be submitted. Original art only, no Giclees or copies. Digital images should be on a CD in electronic format (jpg only). Disc should be clearly labeled with artist’s name and should accompany this hand-written form. Please use your first initial and last name included with each file name (ie. Tsmithphoto 1.jpg) To make a text file in “Word” go to file: save as: file format pop-up menu: Text:Name your file: click “save”.
*Up to three slides or images for each piece of sculpture will count as one entry.
*Entry fee is non-refundable.
*Work must be available for duration of the show.
*Impact Artists’ Gallery reserves the right to
reproduce slides for promotional purposes,
credit will be given.
*Please pick up hand delivered works promptly.
$3 a day per piece will be charged after one week.
*Please mark slides as shown in diagram below.

slide entries..
October 3: Notifications mailed.
October 27: Deadline for receiving
accepted works. October 31: National Fall Exhibition
2007 opens.
Nov. 28- Dec. 1: Hand delivered works
may be picked up. (Please call
prior to picking up work.)

Size:
Wall hung works may not exceed 60 inches
in width. Sculpture must be no larger than
3 feet in diameter and 50 pounds.
Assembly:
All two-dimensional work must be ready to hang. Where applicable 1) plexiglass
must be used and 2) work suitably framed.
Commission:
30% to Impact Artists’ Gallery on sales.
Shipping: Pre-paid return shipping label must be included with artwork. No loose styrofoam peanuts allowed. Work with peanuts will be returned unxhibited.
Handling Fee:
$15 / shipped container for accepted work
Liability:
Although utmost care will be given to all art
work Impact Artists’ Gallery, its members
volunteers and the Tri-Main Center will Not
assume responsibility for any damage or loss.
Impact Artists’ Gallery carries no insurance
for work hung in the gallery or during shipping. You are advised to verify that your work is covered by your homeowners’ insurance.

Portrait Workshop
Roberta Remy will be conducting
a portrait workshop at Impact Artists’
Gallery from September 10-14 in
conjunction with this exhibition. It
will run Monday-Friday from 9:30 am
to 3:30 pm with a fee of $400 for
members and $450 for non-members.

Juror: Roberta Remy
Award-winning artist Roberta Remy’s work can
be found in corporate and private collections
through-out the US, Brazil and Europe.
Previously a NY-based illustrator, she now makes Santa Fe, NM her home base, where she’s been teaching since 1995.
